Labor Doula Packages
A doula is like a trail guide; familiar with the path, she keeps you hiking through the hard parts, knowing the view at the end is incredible.
Additional prenatal or postnatal sessions are available. These sessions are billed at $150 per 2 hours, in person.
$300 non refundable retainer is required to reserve your time. Remaining balance is due by 36 weeks.
Payment plans are available upon request! You deserve support, no matter how your baby is being born.
Labor Comprehensive
4 Prenatal sessions including:
Prenatal education
Planning for birth, written wishes, ect.
Prenatal support by email, phone call, texting, facetime
Access to lending library
On-Call Labor Support including:
On-call starting 2 weeks prior to due date
Continuous physical and emotional support during labor
Non-medical pain/comfort measures
Informational and Emotional Advocacy
In-Hospital and In-Home Lactation Support Including:
First latch and home arrival lactation support
2 hour- in home consultation
1 month of continuous phone/text support
Postpartum Support Including:
1 post-birth meeting, including lactation support
resourcing and referrals
1 month of continuous phone/text support
60 minute infant sleep consultation via phone/facetime up until 2 months of age
